What do I wear?

Please dress in comfortable clothing and sneakers to be able to move around in easily.

Do I need to have a home gym?

No, that is not a requirement. We will bring the Physical Therapy clinic to you. However, if you do have a home gym you would like to utilize, we are happy to individualize your treatment to your current equipment.

Do I need a Doctor’s referral for Physical Therapy?

No, Colorado has Direct Access for Physical Therapy, thus you do not need a referral for treatment.

What is the cost?

Please contact us to provide more information on the cost. We do have a set fee for the Initial Evaluation and Follow Up Treatment Sessions however, please let us know how we can accommodate you to meet your needs.

How long is a Treatment Session?

The Initial Evaluation, the Initial Functional Movement Screen and each follow up Treatment Session with the Doctor of Physical Therapy will last one hour. Please note, during your Initial Evaluation, the majority of the time will be spent performing tests and measures in order for the Physical Therapist to get a thorough assessment of you.

Does this count against my insurance benefits?

The beauty of Concierge Physical Therapy of the Rockies, is that we are not constrained to insurance limitations. We have the luxury of being able to provide superior quality, personalized one-on-one physical therapy care to maximize your time to achieve fast results or at a pace that suits your life. We will not bill your insurance, thus it will not reflect against your health insurance physical therapy visits.

What if I have already exhausted my insurance benefits for this year?

No problem! We will work with you directly in order to bridge the gap between your current physical abilities to your future functional goals.
